The Academic Advising Center

Overview

Plans are currently underway for inaugurating an Academic Resource Center at Massachusetts Maritime Academy. The AAC will provide a variety of support services not associated with specific courses. These services will include resources for college survival and resources for maintaining focus on a degree program.

College Survival Skills

Faculty and staff will provide students with support for success in college, including resources and tutorials in a number of areas. For more information on these services, click on the "College Skills" link below.

Counseling

Faculty counselors will be available to speak with students about general academic concerns, including choice of majors and careers. When the AAC begins its operations, more information and a schedule will appear on the "Academic Counseling" page accessible at the link below.
